Rules and Regulations

Saxonburg Volunteer Fire Company Sportsman's Fest is permitted and license to operate under Permit #02623 & #02624 and Small Games of Chance License #SGC09503.
 

TICKET MUST BE PRESENTED FOR ADMISSION. ONLY ONE (1) PERSON ADMITTED PER TICKET. NO ONE UNDER 12 YEARS OLD PERMITTED.
 

ALL PERSONS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN.
 

Food and refreshments provided by Kelley’s Family Restaurant and Pork U BBQ.
 

ALL UNSOLD TICKETS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SVFC.
 

Winning numbers will be drawn at the SVFC Fireman’s grounds on September 18 & 19 , 2026.
 

Winner need not be present to win. All winners will be notified. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days of the event.
 

The winner may select either the prize listed on ticket or cash value shown as ($0000) beside the prize. All federal, state, and local gun laws will apply.
 

All guns will be supplied by Sportsman’s Supply Co. (724) 287-4294. SVFC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value without notice.
 

Every time a seller sells 10 tickets, their name will be entered into a special drawing worth $1000 to be held on Saturday morning.

ALL TICKETS, SOLD OR UNSOLD, MUST BE TURNED IN BY AUGUST 28, 2026.
 

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR PITCHERS MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE EVENT GROUNDS.
